Design of impact dampers for transporting cargoes by two-link vehicles

This paper considers the influence of transitional modes movement (acceleration, braking) a multi-link vehicle on vibration protection transported non-fixed or partially fixed cargoes. The impact phenomenon, in this case, can be strengthened by existence coupling mechanisms between links vehicle. To reduce such horizontal loads, it is advisable to use elements with viscoelastic damping devices study actual phenomena during transportation cargoes under extreme two-link vehicles, proposed flat two- and three-mass dynamic model damping. At same time, theory elastic has been applied while elastic-damping characteristics vehicles' suspensions were not taken into consideration. It shown that reported research results make possible estimate approximate values mechanical parameters for restrictive protect from impact, transition transportation, depending conditions motion. practically makes select rational design devices, particular dampers, order loads heavy movement.
